Working Principles
Lithium Bromide Vacuum Super-conductive Radiator is an ideal replacement of the traditional radiator; it can operate on various heat sources such as: electricity, marsh gas, natural gas, boiler, stove, solar water heater etc. The traditional water boiler heating system has three. disadvantages: air blocking, pipeline erosion, low efficiency of heat transference. While the Lithium Bromide Vacuum Super-conductive Radiator can solve these problems satisfactorily:
The hot water just runs through the pipe at the bottom of a plate and the heat in the hot water changes the lithium bromide liquid into lithium bromide steam, and the steam instantly goes upward to the top of each vacuum column so as to transfer the heat from the bottom to the top. Then the whole plate is heated quickly.
The usual temperature of the water in the central heating system is 50°C to 80°C.The hot water has to run a long way through each column on each radiator in the system. It takes time for the whole system to warm up and large quantity of water is required.
As for the lithium bromide vacuum super-conductive radiator, things are different: The lithium bromide liquid is activated at the temperature of 35°C, and the lithium bromide steam only works in each independent vacuum column. With this radiator, the whole system is warmed up almost instantly and the water required in the system is greatly reduced. On the other hand, as the system warm up quickly, it also cool down quickly.
